Shatan Greene’s current profession was motivated by his value for education. When Shatan was marching on stage for Temple University’s 2003 Commencement Exercise, he felt an unusual amount of elation. Mr Greene then realized that he wanted to share the same feeling he felt during that day and there was no more effective way to do it than becoming an educator.
Shatan Greene began as a tutor but is now President and CEO of H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services Inc., where he is able to impart his knowledge and skills to young minds. Shatan is a very dedicated educator and he believes that through education, society will be a better environment. An objective he personally wanted to achieve after having a tragic experience as a 12 year old child when his older brother was murdered. Shatan Greene wanted to make an impact to the society and education is a very strong ally he puts into value.
By heading H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services Inc., not only does Mr Greene practice his profession, he is continuously learning from his students by teaching different subject matters. Shatan Greene is also imparting his wisdom and intelligence to other students in hope that they will be future leaders who will pave the way for the change that he so much wants to attain.
