Before he was a Regional Owner for EXIT Realty, Bruce Caruth was a Certified Public Accountant for Price Waterhouse in Phoenix, Arizona.  As a CPA, Mr Caruth worked with several SEC registered companies and numerous privately held companies in almost every industry.  One of the industries he gained substantial experience was real estate.  While at Price Waterhouse Bruce worked with real estate developers and brokerage companies helping them restructure overhead, increase revenue and improve profits.

Using the skills he developed at Price Waterhouse, Bruce Caruth formed a wholesale distribution company that grew to include subsidiaries in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.   After a brief stint in retirement, Bruce Caruth bought the sub franchise rights to EXIT Realty in Kansas, Missouri, Oregon and Washington.

EXIT Realty is an international real estate franchise company that has become the fastest growing real estate company in the history of North America.  In 2007 EXIT Realty became the sixth largest real estate company in the country.  It achieved this feat in less than 12 years moving past other real estate companies that have been in business for over 40 years.   Later in 2007 it was named as the #1 New Real Estate Franchise Brand in the Swanepoel Real Estate Trends Report.   Bruce Caruth feels that EXIT Realty will someday dominate the real estate industry.
